Usually removing the intake tubing and air box (if stock) helps you get too it better... Maybe even the battery and tray also... Once all that is out the way, unhook the wires, I think theres 2 of them (one to the batt, one too the ignition), and then unbolt it from the tranny housing (theres 2 big 17mm bolts I believe), unbolt it, bolt new one back in, put the wires back on, reessemble whatever else u took out... Pretty easy repair...
