Thanks guys, I ended up driving back out to my bank after posting this and filled out a Written Statement of Unauthorized Activity. I showed them the Paypal transaction and everything. By the time I got back to the office I went to lunch with a coworker and the funds had been put back in my account by the time I got back.

From there I changed my email addresses that link to my Paypal/Ebay accounts and then changed my passwords.

F'n bastards!!
