if the projectors that you're looking to buy are those ebay brand shits, stay the fuck away...or so that's what the general consensus is. they're shitty build quality and tend to blow bulbs a lot. i think it has something to do with how the projector housing gets really hot. and also, light output blows...ive seen b4 and after pics on a few forums. if you want projectors, the only way to really get the results you want is to do a retro fit of a s2000 or tsx projector. i'm not sure if it was here or on team-integra.net where someone got a HID plug and play kit on the stock projectors and it looked pretty decent. you gotta remember tho, the stock projectors are made for halogen blubs...they dont have any type of devices to control glare.

as for the exhaust, the rsr exmag has been getting rave reviews on how quiet it is at WOT, but has a really nice low bass tone at lower rpms.
