Pull the plugs to see whether they're actually misfiring. Your other thread talks about hydrolocking 1 or 2 cylinders with gasoline. So there's more going on than just a misfiring plug.

I'm not sure about B16, but a typical spark plug torque is about 13 or 15 lbf*ft.
