Default GSR / Type-R : Front end sits too high after new suspn inst??

Hey all,
I put JDM TypeR Struts all round my 98 GSR with Eibach Springs (1.3" lowering). Also installed is the Skunk2 camber kit. Previously installed on the car was the Type-R 5 bolt conversion, along with 5 bolt Type-R Rims.

Before I had the Type R struts/Eibach springs installed, the car sat perfect. It had PROGRESS Competition Coilovers (which I now have for sale), and was too low for my taste. As the roads here in Nova Scotia are religious, full of fuckin holes. Cracks and nasty pot holes. Anyway, now the front end has about 2 inches of wheel gap and the rear is flush with the top of the tire, what went wrong????? This is seriously affecting my handling, compared to what it should be.

facts:
- It was professionally installed, mechanic didn't understand why either, and I had Acura check the part #"s on the front lower control arms and forks and they're the same.
-I got these parts a month ago from www.jprmotors.com . They were supposedly Type R shock and Springs, Rear lower control arms and rear 23mm sway bar(those were good). I put them on with the Type R springs first but had like 4inches of wheel gap in the front, so I figured I got ripped off on the springs. Then I bought the eibachs, but its still high in the front. I'm also having issues with the sway bar brackets, are they different? But thats another story.

Please help,

Beers!
