Hola.
I just bought a 94 GSR, had it for about a week now and love it. I use to drive a 90 GS a while back, but was never really active on the fourms... This time around I decided to sign up

Anywho, past the introduction, and sorry to bring this thread back to life, but the stock speakers in this car really do suck . That said, I am planning on ripping them out and putting new ones in, and would appreciate any advice that you guys can dish up.
I've heard that people fit 6x9's in the rear, but all my searching hasn't told me how they do it. I realize you have to pull off the side panel to plunk them in, and im sure I can manage this much, but aside from ripping the inside out, what else is involved in doing this? How do you mount them, is it an easy job, etc... I've searched but only found out that it is possible, not how to do it.

Based on what many people say, they just have 6.5's in the rear and they sound allright. But the stock speakers that are back there arn't really noticeable. I just don't want to buy something and not hear it

Any insight would be much appreciated!

Cheers!
