When I went in and complained to them the first time, they told me to keep it for 6 months, then they will credit me $25. But on the next bill, I saw that adjustment. I figure it was that since I have no other idea what it might be for :dunno:
that practice is SPECIFICALY prohibited by thier agreement with Verizon. It is against several policies and wholly untrue. They cannot credit that back to you in six months or whatever bullshit they told you. Call customer service and lodge a complaint, you'll get something out of it
