and i gaurantee that was a bullshit $25 credit, they had to have scammed a referal credit because indirect dealers cannot issue credits, and will get in deep shit when you call customer service. Customer Service HATES indirect dealers :rofl:
Looking back at the bill, it states an adjustment of $25.02.
When I went in and complained to them the first time, they told me to keep it for 6 months, then they will credit me $25. But on the next bill, I saw that adjustment. I figure it was that since I have no other idea what it might be for :dunno:
