I know my car accelerates quicker when below Normal Operating temperature, I burn rubber on Full Throttle from Idle, but when my car warms up it doesn't respond as fast in the lower RPMs 3,000 and below and VTEC does kick in when below Normal Operating temperature, I know because the red light flashes on the VAFC2 to signal the high cam crossover, it just shifts at a slightly earlier RPM.
What would work better? open or close loop tuning using the vafc2 and wideband? or it doesn't make a difference?
cool weather and below operating temperature does my car real good. could it be a valve clearance issue?
