So, summa is a commin' and I'm really starting to get motivated to trim up.
I picked up a copy of men's fitness and in it they have the "T-shirt workout". Basically, a great 8 week program that helps you tone up. I'm starting the routine on Monday which would make my 8 weeks up in the latter portion of July.
It focuses on building up your back and core and legs. Seems pretty well balanced.

On another note... I went to the gym last night and tried doing shrugs with the 125 lb dumbells. (there was a big guy next to me egging me to work with him)
I managed two sets of 15, but am paying for it today
I felt like my shoulders were on fire!!!!!!!!!!!!
