I man gets his penis mutilated and chopped off in a lawnmower accident. Doctors try an experimental surgery to use flesh from an elephant trunk to create a new penis for the man. Everything goes suprisingly well, and after much recovery, he finally decides he's ready to date again. Dinner is going suprisingly well, until the man's penis suddenly pops up onto the table, snatches a roll, and disappears back down under the table.
