i'm going to try this...just loaded the reloadevery extension
i'm not sure i'll do this right (looks like something is missing like clicking the training button)
step 1: train your stat you want to work on
step 2: the page with the finished training stats - keep it there (for instance:
http://metrowars.com/gym.php?times=42&train=guard)
step 3: right click anywhere on the empty space
step 4: select "re-load every" set to custom (34 mins)
step 5: hope it works!
