After I did my retro I wetsanded the lens to remove all deep pits and some overspray I had on them. Then I bought some Meguiar's PlastX and polished them up real nicely. They look almost brand new and my cars a 96.
That is the proper way to do it.
The Never Dul polish works, but it will return with a vengeance in a week or two.
