I have a 2000 honda accord 5spd and a few weeks ago i was trying to put a new cd player in and i thought i blew a fuse or something cause the power would not come on any more

so i changed all the fuses on the left of the dash to make sure i got the one that was blown but it still didnt work.

I went to auto zone and they said i should bring it to circuit city but that would be expensive

a few days later i noticed 2 wires hanging from under the steering wheel area ( i have a pic )

Any info would be appreciated
