ahhh...that's what i had to do w/ my 01 civic. basically, the company was too cheap to manufacture a whole strut because of the mcphearson strut design. so, you have to hack open the factory struts, empty em out, put the inserts in and bolt em up. kind of a pain in the ass, but it was easy. does KYB make a full replacement?
I dont know but I am not going to go with KYB's I had them on my Civic which was lowered more than 2 inches and the ride was bouncy. I want to be lowered 2 inches without a bouncy ride.
