If I'm not mistaken, I am pretty sure you meant two. Moving on, who cares if it wasn't the roads fault. It sure wasn't the car's fault right? That means it must have been the driver's fault. Besides, you have to be speeding to be able to destroy the car the way it was, and it must have been considered reckless driving for him to have lost control. If the driver was academically smart, good for him, but apparently this did not help when he drove the Ferrari.
