I have a cousin who just recently moved to Riverside. His relative is in Garden Grove. He's from Vietnam. He can speak and understand english fairly and decent. However, he doesn't have anyone to guide him about the university system.

He has two years of College exerpience in VN, with transcript and all. But I don't think it'd be credible to US Univesity system. He'd need to start fresh.

I don't know anything about CA Universities and colleges, degree programs, costs, etc., so I can't guide him. Can someone please give me advice on what are some good school near by, and how he should continue his education?

He was thinking of going to College, then transfer to Universy system after he finishes his 2 years. But it'd be best for him to start right away at a good university at the beginning.

Please give me your suggestions so I can know what to do to guide him.
