Its not that Im fat, nowhere even close man (6ft, 180lbs). Im just ultra critical with how Im structured. So in my eyes, I have to see perfection or as close to it as possible.

I play bball on Tue nights and soccer and tennis on Sundays (and surf when I can). So I guess Im just crazy about making sure I stick to it. The diet is the main part. Damn eating healthy and its time to make decent meals. Thank you SUBWAY!
