Just because you don't have time for the gym doesn't mean you can't be healthy or lose weight.
With your work schedule, you're in constant movement ... doing something ... always awake. I think with a slightly modified diet, you can start dropping pounds without doing anything.
I have no idea what you eat, but a logical start is to cut fried foods and sugar.

That's January though. I wouldn't concern yourself with that right now, only because your worries are based on future events.
