Do you really need one cup of sugar, that's a direct line to diabetes! Tastes fine without any sugar.
h: I bought a few packs of this stuff to drink after hockey, I swear lime green pack without sugar tastes like gatorade mix.
last time i drank koolaid it was 50/50 with grain alcohol.
