I am lactose intolerant

When I was a kid I would drink a gallon of milk in no time and had no problems but once I hit about 20 suddenly my body said no....kinda sucks

I still eat some ice cream here and there but if I eat too much I spend the night in the bathroom peeling wallpaper h:
