as far as levels vs. stats, wouldn't it make more sense to lvl up first and then build your stats? i know i would be a weak high level at first, but then I would be able to build stats a lot faster and eventually pass the guy who has just been building stats.
Yes and know. At first you will move up fast just by training. Then after that you move up quicker attacking bigger players than yourself. As for your property I can get you into a military compound for what you have plus another 24bars, that is the next two days of voting. I will put you up today though. If you don't have ashake it takes 12hours at least to fill the compound. So you might not want to do the upgrade until you are ready to log off tonight. You will also need to sell your current property to make the move. i.e. I will be giving you 1.25 billion.
