as far as levels vs. stats, wouldn't it make more sense to lvl up first and build your stats? i know i would be a weak high level at first, but then I would be able to build stats a lot faster and eventually pass the guy who has just been building stats.
You can do whatever you want. They are offering the quickest method to get up in stats and level there is.
As for levels vs stats, yes you get more stats the higher in level you are but at the same time if you don't have the stats to backup the level, what's the point of being a high level? No pride in being a level 20 and being attacked and taken down by a level 10.
For me, I've been holding off on attacking and just doing stats. The only leveling up I've been doing, is from training. I'm a level 21 right now, since level 10 I have done almost nothing but training. My stats are on par with someone 26-28.
