Market price for a bar is $5million. 5milllion * 1,000 bars is only $5 billion, not enough to get into NA. PLUS he's offering the Gattaling gun and a nuke tank. The nuke tank itself is 1 billion... I don't even know how much the laser gattaling gun is. Yea, it's a great deal.
