Probably not better than the howitzer... I've heard some say the ICBM is the best some say the Howitzer is the best. The Rail Laser is a Level 50 weapon, so is the ICBM. The Howitzer is a level 100. If you want either I'd be happy to send either/both over.
howitzer is worth 2 billion to sell, and is level 100 weapon, it carries a big punch. But there is bigger. I will go have some fun, and see what kind of damage I can do to a young'en.
