ummm if u use a gs-r crank you will lose the extra stroke from the whole ls/vtec conversion, let me explain rreal brieflly torque is your force mulilyed by the lever arm, multiplyed by the sin of the angel inbetween the two. So the reason an ls engine has more torque is because the connecting rod connect farther out from the center of the crank shaft resulting in a bigger lever arm if u use a gs-r crank u will lose this longer lever arm and in effect u lose the extra torque and only gain some deck height
