have you understood the fact that housing is just as important to the success of a crime as anything else? if you have a high rise and attack a person who owns an island there is high chance you are going to lose.
The way people were making it sound that any user that had +10 criminal intent and at least 50% staimina could rob people, which is not the case. You actually have to be a donator before you can do that
