About a week and a half ago, my right shoulder started hurting, involving exercises pushing away and pushing up from my chest. I have it a week of no shoulder exercise, and it still hurts. It only hurts a little bit during the exercise, but I know pain like that isn't good. It feels like one of the muscles that runs along the outside front of my shoulder is what's causing the problem.
Any idea how much longer I should lay off it? I really want to do chest tonight, but judging from the way my shoulder felt after 5 pushups, that may not be the best idea...
Suckage. Also, any healing tips?
