If it's suspicious enough to warranty putting your gun on your lap, then no, you shouldn't pull over. If you can see the occupants of the car and correctly gauge the situation then go for it. I don't understand why you'd risk getting in an incident when you (apparently) couldn't see the occupants of the car and judge the situation at hand effectively

The only times I've tried to help people is when it's someone standing outide their car in the country, or if there's an accident right infront of me. Those have happened maybe 5 or 6 times to me. Potentially getting shot because I busted up a drug deal or something is a good reason for me to not play hero :dunno:
