the headlights are halogen projector headlights. they have a cutoff point that you might not like.

i'm not sure but you might be able to raise them, you're going to have to ask someone else.

as for the ls-vtec you'll need a vtec head from a b16 or b18 series engine. these heads are called either p72 or pr3. the p72 head will be the one to give you the best gains and it is from a GS-R engine (b18c1 here in the states)
