Default Bent Valve. Pics of the carnage!

I replaced my valve seals and installed some ITR valve springs today, but it went horribly wrong for some reason. I go to start it after I am done and it makes a horrendous noise and then shuts off. I check compression in all cylinders and cylinder 2 is at 0 psi. Then I check out the valve springs and this is what I find on the intake side:

I guess the valve spring had malfunctioned and it went down, but never came back up, hit the piston and then bent into that position. When I compressed the cylinder with air, cylinder 2 was at TDC (valves should have been closed) and air was shooting back out at me through cylinder 4 since that intake valve was open.

The head was pulled off and this is what I found:

I had to pull the valve out with a claw hammer since it was pretty bent. It isn't noticable unless you look up close, but it is definitely bent:

Not to mention, I lost two valve keepers somewhere in the head, so tomorrow I am going to blast it with air to see if they can be found in the head somewhere. Otherwise, I am going to have to drain and strain the oil to see if they come out of the oil pan. Here is what my engine bay looks like as we speak:

It could be done and stuff tonight, but I am too tired to deal with it right now. Hopefully sleep will give me some more energy to get everything back together and ready for the commute to work on Monday.
