60bucks isnt a lot for a "nice shirt".

having casual surfer/skater clothes is cool if thats your "style"...no need to change it up for other people. however, i personally think it is still a good idea to have at least one or two "nice" outfits to wear when going out that might be better suited for semi-formal places. and "nice" meaning like a clean well tailored/fitted dress shirt and some clean slacks and/or jeans (not baggy, torn up, or sagging).
