Your story reminds me of the time I was working at a restaurant up at school. These 3 good-looking girls were seated in my section, and I knew they were PSU students. So I get double-sat with a mid-aged couple and their kid next to these girls. I go to the girls' table, do my schpeel on the specials and featured platters.
"Can I get you ladies something to drink?"
Bimbo1: "Can I get a frozen margarita?"
Bimbo2&3: "Yea, we want the same thing"
"Sure, can I just see your IDs, please?"
Bimbo1: <soft voice> "Um, we aren't 21...but we aren't driving"
"Uh...sorry, but I can't serve minors - I'll lose my job"
Bimbo3: "After this we're going to an exclusive sorority party. You can come with us when you're done if you..."
"Nope, sorry. I can't serve you alcohol"
Meanwhile the family next to me is hearing all this. So they then order water and small, inexpensive dishes. Then I go to the family kind of ticked, but they understood.
Later, the girls leave and left me a dollar tip on a combined check of 20-something. However, the family paid with credit and wrote on the bottom of my receipt "Way to stand your ground" and left me something like 15 tip on 40-something.

Yeah honestly, there is too much of that kind of bs going around where people think just because they are attractive that everything has to go their way. It's ok though, usually things get sorted out by fate... or by the mafia.
