Default yet another A/C thread

Hi guys,

I've been having A/C issues since I own my '96 Integra RS, mainly about refrigerant leaks. Last summer it ran fine for a couple weeks then the compressor won't kick in anymore. I saw some threads about this on the forum saying that when there's no more refrigerant in the system that the compressor won't kick in anymore.

So just to make sure... When I press my A/C switch, the little light turns green, but the clutch won't move and the fan won't kick in either, is it normal?

I saw some threads about a relay too.. Is it the relay in the fuse compartement under the hood or somewhere else in the engine bay?

Thanks!
