h22a runs about 180 whp with I/H/E. So maybe, with some fine tuning, cams, and some internals to up the compression you could hit your mark.
Some extra things you can do for a tiny bit of power.
Index your spark plugs (aim the open end of the plug toward the intake side of the chamber good for 1 hp)
60/40 Water/Coolant Ratio (also good for 1hp)
I relocated my IAT sensor (Intake Air Temp sensor) Away from the Intake manifold (naturally the car will be hotter there then more towards the outside of the bay) This will cause the engine to inject slightly more fuel and advance the timing just a tad, good for about 1-2hp.
Full synthetic oil is provento produce 1-2hp as its been seen everywhere on all sorts of dyno's but once you go synthetic you shouldn't go back.
You can also Insulate your lines, fuel, air, anything that would be robbed of power from heat. The intake arm for example if shielded properly can produce more power as well as say the fuel lines (colder fuel and air = colder fuel charge = more power) good for a small bit of power for next to no cost, granted it looks retarded its still effective.
Do the coolant bypass mod, I did and you can feel the difference. Theres a good possibility you'll nail like 6hp from it or even a tad more. Its located on one of these prelude forums how to do it, I followed the instructions.
Also I recommend you advance your timing as far you can go without pinging, theres also articles on this on some of the prelude forums. Not sure how much power you'll gain, but its noticable in the low end department.
Theres a good 10-15 hp available for you just to fine tune some things. I would recommend these mods, I/H/E a larger throttle Body, new intake manifold, apex'i VAFC to fine tune those vtec kicks.
I'd say you could have about 220 whp with that.
