i have a viper alarm system and the little red light on my dash will not stop blinking, even when the system is not armed. also, when i disarm the car it chirps four times.. when i first bought the car it chirped twice.. is there a way to fix both of those things?? i honestly dont know anything about alarm systems, so any explanations would be helpful. thanks
