I also thought about this. Is it because the cartoons back then were really good or since we didn't know any better we appreciated anything that was made for us. But I also think cartoons were better before, so would this mean the kids now these days like the shows we consider crap? Also, I'm not sure if your guys' local broadcast does this too, but when I came home from elementary school, there would always be cartoons on half the channels, Oprah and Donahue on the others.. Now these days, it's nothing but talk shows with horrible content that I think cloud and desensitizes kids' minds. I don't like this at all, because it makes kids "think" they're growing up faster by feeding this crap thru their eyes. I think I went a little OT on this..

Other than that, I used to watch Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Mario Bros show with The Adventures of Link every Thurs, The "Real" Ghostbusters (the other version sucked balls), Muppet Babies, X-Men, Looney Tunes....mainly because of Roadrunner and Wil E. Coyote, Beverly Hills Teens (no I'm not a phag, I just enjoyed it), Thundercats, Silverhawks, Transformers, Voltron (I liked the 2nd version with all cars), HeathCliff, Inspector Gadget, Go-Bots, and M.A.S.K.
