Default Protecting the Dash Appreciate some Recommendations

I have the 2006TL and want to protect the top of the dash from fading etc. I am not sure what the material that looks perforated just in front of the driver is I can tell the dash other than this is leather. I have a Shield to use for the sun but it is still a good idea to protect and clean the dash regularly as I have found the hard way.

I have used Maguire’s Gold Class Rich Leather cleaner/conditioner for many years on other cars and it does a great job not greasy feeling and not shiny (years ago it had other names but seemed the same) and on the non leather areas I usually use Armor-all.

The material on the top of the dash feels like a rubber but I am not sure so I don't know what is best to use to clean and protect this area especially since it has the perforations and I would not want to get any build-up of conditioner in these holes.

Any recommendation for protecting all the materials appreciated best to learn from the good and the bad experiences of others

Thanks ALL !!!
