I would bring about a good amount of AA nimh batteries and find out what type of adapters I would need for the charger also. And how much memory depends on how snappy you are about pics and how long you are going to be staying there. I would hate to be sitting with my camera deleting pics that I might not like because I ran out of space.
I'm bringing lots of batteries, but luckily my camera has good battery life. I don't have a charger. I'm getting an adapter though since I'm bringing my cellphone for emergencies.
