Hey Mike, I am no sure looking for an answer to your question but I own an 05 Accord that I bougt with 15 miles on it. That being said, the dealers did not bother me until I hit th e5000 mile marker. If you read your owner's manual (which you should always do throughouly and repeatedly) it will tell you there that you need only change your oil every 5k miles. This should answer your question.
