Is there a place that sells a aftermarket front crossmember?

If not, does anyone have one for sale?

The previous owner cut a little chunk out of it to install the header...

Oh, one more question, where is a decent place to find a cheaper 4-2-1 header? The one I have on there now is a 4-1 and it got munched underneath because it hangs so low. I figure the 4-2-1 wont be so low...right?
