It would be a bitch to tune. You can easily make your hp goal with a smaller, quick spooling turbo that will pull until redline.
Tony the Tiger on honda-tech has a boosted ITB setup. The ITBs on a boosted setup have to have a airtight box that functions as a manifold.
Personally, it is a retarded idea. If you are doing it to be unique, it has been done. If you are doing it for reliable power, it won't happen. A cheaper conventional turbo setup will give you what you want.
