first off, your STD is DPFI, so you will need to convert the wiring to MPFI - the STD hubs/knuckles will not work with the B-series axles, so you will need to swap on hubs/knuckles from 88-91 CRX DX or Si, or 88-91 Civic DX, LX, Si or EX - since the SiR II is OBD1, you will need a conversion harness for OBD0 to OBD1 and your wiring changes will need to accomodate the OBD1 - you will need a mount kit and shift linkage from someone like Hasport and since the SiR II comes with a hydraulic actuated clutch, you will need a cable to hydraulic conversion kit - buy only the engine, transmission and ECU, since there is nothing, other than the axles and intermediate shaft, in a complete changeover that will do you any good (the stock mounts and shift linkage will not work in your car) - you can buy new axles and a used intermediate shaft for less than the $500 difference in price - you will need to change out your exhaust system as the tiny STD exhaust is not going to cut it with the B16 - when you get the engine, it is best to replace the timing belt, water pump, front and rear seals and oil pan gasket before you install it - other things, like plug wires, cap and rotor are easy to put on later - you could save a little money by going with the SiR I swap as it has cable clutch and is OBD0
