find out which test you failed...then post. it all depends on those factors. there are some minor tricks you ccan do...like for example....here in wisconsin you can lower your vehicle...and then they wont put the car on the rollers as to not damage your fender and stuff. so in order to pass it....they do a fast pass......meaning reving the car while it is stationary. this is benifical because there is no starin or load on the motor. lol also...no cel's....or cai's.
