The delsol is a B16A3, isn't it? Anyway, obd1 and obd2 use different plugs. Your '99 harness won't work without modification. Either change all the plugs on your Civic's harness or buy the right harness for the B16 and use an adaptor. Either way you've got some wiring to do.
