Simple. You're feeling like shit because aren't getting the protein and nutrients that your body needs to stay healthy.

I'm a full time student at CSUN and I've structured my schedule so that I have one day a week where I can take care of the domestic things. I use that time to cook in advance for all meals, so that during the week I can quickly reheat dinner or have everything set for breakfast.

For breakfast, I start out with muselix that will keep me going till about 1 or 2 pm. At lunch, I'll grab some additional protein with some nonfat yogurt and some cold cuts of roast turkey. Then for dinner, I reheat whatever entree I've made earlier in the week and add a salad or some fruit for additional fiber. I'd guess that I take in about 3000 calories a day, with about 10-20 grams of protein and ostensibly zero fat.

(Pork is a nearly perfect source of protein if trimmed properly and brazed without butter or other fats.)

It's possible to eat a balanced diet and do the whole college deal. It all comes down to planning in advance.
