i hope you arent trying to lose weight 150lbs and 6' tall is underweight im 6'3'' and weigh 195lbs and thats suposed to be a ok weight for a large build on the weight chart but i do wish i weighed 185 but ohh well but if your trying to bulk up whey protein baby and dont run as much that will keep you thin
