Just have a new section within the Basement and have people vote on threads or something(Or have it determine by views once a week, or just have a mod determine it) have a redirect put in that section to the thread and then have a Current Events thread where a mod will post changes. New smilies, server changes, problems that went wrong. Just a documentation thing.
