He got a ticket for 35 mph over the limit and a ticket for reckless driving. In New York, thats 13 points according to the NY DMV site. I'm pretty sure I can't get 13 points cleared through traffic school?

Oh, and on the NJ DMV site, it says that out of state moving violations are only 2 points apiece. So am I looking at 4 points or 13 points? The only reason why I'm doubting this is because thats a huge difference. It doesn't seem just.

I'm going to call a lawyer first thing tomorow. I just want to see if I can find out what to expect.
