Unless its an Si model (Sports Injected) then yes, it is carbed... Main thing is rust... But thats any CRX/early Honda...

I personally wouldnt buy anything but an Si... Easier to mod... Plus they are generally quick stock... I test drove one (and almost bought it) before I bought my 91 CRX Si, and even tho they have less HP, it actually seemed faster than mine when it was stock... Probably the power to weight ratio...
